AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR HIGHWAY 300 AND WEST PINNACLE ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of
certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for a proposed subdivision of rural acreage for
Saugey property on Highway 300 as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct boundary street
improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred. The specific deferral
is for widening and improving property at the northwest corner of Highway 300 and West.
Pinnacle Road to minor arterial and collector street standards for the proposed construction of
an auction house and general merchandise sale. Any future improvements must meet master
street plan requirements.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
