AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PLANNED COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT TITLED RUSH ENGINES REVISED
SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 4452 -C) LOCATED ON THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF ASHER AVENUE AND ELM
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18,925
AND ORDINANCE NO. 18,178 AND THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 14,925 passed on
August 6, 1995 and Ordinance No. 18,178 passed on January
4, 2000 be amended to provide for modification of the
Planned Zoning Development described as Rush Engine Revised
Short -form PCD (Z- 4452 -C).
SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the
following described property be changed from PCD to Revised
PCD:
Commencing at the intersection of the north
right -of -way line of Asher Avenue and the east
line of the NW 'tee NW 'a, Section 17, T -1 -N, R -12-

SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning
classification contemplated for Rush Engine Revised Short -
form PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan

VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.

effect and be in full force until the final approval of the

SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title,
section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word
of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall
not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which
shall remain in full force and affect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,
resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency.
