AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING
FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A LOT WITHOUT
PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE FOR FAMILY DOLLAR
ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT (5- 1365),
LOCATED AT 8510 ASHER AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design
standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is
granted to provide for variances of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Family Dollar Addition - Preliminary Plat (5 -1365)
as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the
provision of Chapter 31, Section 31 -231 to allow Lot 2 to
have no direct public street frontage.
SECTION 2.
This
ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and
after
its passage.
