BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R -2 to PCD: A part of the S '-i SE 14 Section 15, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, AR more particularly described as follows: Beginning on the South line and 1036.8 feet East on the SW corner of said S ''z SE 14 Section 15, T -1 -N, R -14 -W; thence continue east along said South line for 416 feet; thence North parallel to the west line of said S it SE 14 for 416 feet; thence West parallel to the South line of said S It SE 14 for 416 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of said S '-!t SE 14 for 416 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 4.0 acres more or less. AND; A part of the S %z, SE '-4, Section 15, T -1 -N, R 714 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows: Commencing on the SW corner of the SW '<, SE '4, 'section.,' 15, thence run South 85 °34' East 936.0 feet to a point _j of beginning; thence run North 624 feet, thence ruacr South 85 °34' East, 104 feet; thence run North 312 feet; thence run South 85 °34' West 624 feet; thence run South 728 feet; thence run North 85 °34' West 32 feet; thence run South 06 °57' West 207.58 feet to a point in Lawson Road; thence run North 85 °34' West 154 feet; thence run North 416 feet; thence run North 85 °34' West 416 feet; thence run South 416 feet to a point in Lawson Road; thence run North 85 °34' West 100.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing in all 10.7 acres more or less. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Mann Long -form PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
