AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AS C -3 WITH CONDITION, AMENDING
SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5889 -B - Part of the SW ;a of the NW 14
and part of the NW 4 of the NW '< of
Section 31, T -1 -N, R-12 -W, to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is intersection
of the East right -of -way of Geyer Springs
Road and the old South right -o£ -way of
Young Road and is 18.7 feet South and 36.0
feet East of the Northwest corner of the
SW 'tea NW 14, Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W;
thence N00 004153" West along the East
right -of -way of Geyer Springs Road, 27.58
feet; thence along a 550.65 foot radius
curve to the right having a chord bearing
and distance of S83 030' East, 76.50 feet;
thence S79 028' East, 100.7 feet; thence
S01 024112" West, 9.10 feet to a found
concrete monument; thence continue
S01 024'12" West, 131.02 feet to a found
concrete filled 2 inch pipe on the North
right -of -way of Interstate 30; thence
N87 017' West, 114.4 feet along said North
right -of -way; thence N41 °51' West, 85.75
feet to the intersection of the East
right -of -way of Geyer Springs Road; thence
N00 °04153" West along the East right -of-
way, 70.24 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.562 acres more or less:
From C -4 Open Display District with
conditions to C -3 General Commercial with
condition. (7715 Geyer Springs Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the

extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. The condition
attached to the ordinance is as follows:
"The only driveway access allowed from
Geyer Springs Road will be a right turn
entrance only for north bound traffic. The
driveway will have a maximum width of 18
feet. "No Exit" signage will be provided
at this driveway location."
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and
approval.
