Filed 8 Recorded of Official Records of CAROLM STALEY PULASKI COUXTY ORDINANCE NO. 18,741 CIRCUIT /COUyTY CLERK Fees $28.00 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED EMBASSY SUITES LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 5887 -C) LOCATED AT 11301 FINANCIAL CENTRE PARKWAY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18,271 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,271 passed on May 2, 2000 be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Embassy Suites Long -form PCD (Z- 5887 -C). SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD -C to PCD: Tracts 38, 43, 44, 53 and 54, West Highland Subdivision, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Embassy Suites Long -form PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VIZ, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 5. That the map referred to of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Arkansas, and designated district map be and amended to the extent and in the respects affect and designate the change provided for hereof. >1 in Chapter 36 Little Rock, it is hereby necessary to in Section ^2 0 SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. SECTION I. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
