RSKI COWTY ORDINANCE NO . 18,740 CIRCUITlCOURTY CLERK Fees $20.00 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED CREEKWOOD PLAZA REVISED LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 7025-A) LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BOWMAN ROAD AND KANIS ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18,515 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,515 passed on July 3, 2001 be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Creekwood Plaza - Revised Long -form PCD (Z- 7025 -A). SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD: Lot 8, 7 and the west 10 -feet of the south 160- feet of Lot 6 of Montclair Subdivision all in the S It, SW 4 Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Creekwood Plaza Revised Long -form PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION S. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
