LONG -FORM PD -O (Z- 6506 -A) LOCATED 150 - FEET NORTH OF MORRIS MANOR DRIVE ON THE WEST SIDE OF JOHN BARROW ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R -2 to PD -O: A parcel of land lying n the NE % NW 14 SW 14, Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follow: Beginning at the NW corner of said NE '< NW '44 SW 14; thence South' 88 °25151" East 616.27 feet; thence South 02 °19146" West, 51.06 feet; Thence South 52 028128" West,' 38.34 feet; Thence South 02 °10121" West, 36.95 feet; Thence South 61 052126" East 29.95 feet; Thence South 02 019'46" West, 68.03 feet; Thence South 04 006'18" East 50.25 feet; Thence South 02 019146" West, 418.53 feet; Thence North 88 125'51" West 618.67 feet; Thence N 02 015'18" East 662.14 feet to the point of beginning containing 9.35 acres. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
