AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS
LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE OF MINIMUM
FRONT PLATTED BUILDING LINE AND A VARIANCE TO
ALLOW DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOTS ADJACENT TO A
ARTERIAL STREET FOR VILLA VISTA SUBDIVISION -
PRELIMINARY PLAT (S- 1339), LOCATED SOUTH OF
WEST 36T" STREET, BETWEEN STONEHEDGE DRIVE AND
TUDOR DRRVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards
of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for
variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision
Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Villa Vista
Subdivision - Preliminary Plat
(S -1339) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the
provision of Chapter 31, Section 31 -256 to allow Lots 10 - 12
have a reduced front platted building line.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from the
provision of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(d) to allow Lots 5 - 12
to be reverse frontage lots.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
