BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Otter Creek Community Phase IX - Preliminary Plat (S- 45 -A -47) as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provision of Chapter 31, Section 31 -256 to allow Lots 1303, 1304 and 1305 have a reduced front platted building line. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
