PROPERTIES - LONG -FORM PD -C (Z -6054) AND PROVIDING FOR THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE STAGECOACH ROAD - CRYSTAL VALLEY ROAD INTERSECTION (Z- 6054 -A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. CINCUIT /COUNTY CLERK Fees $28.88 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17,018 established B. F. Properties - Long -Form PD -C (Z -6054) on November 21, 1995 encompassing the subject property; and WHEREAS, a request was filed on January 22, 2002 to reclassify the property from PD -C to C -4, Open Display District; and WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock Planning Commission, on February 28, 2002, by a vote of 8 ayes, 0 nays and 3 absent voted to recommend approval of the reclassification from PD -C to C -4 and OS, Open Space District (Z- 6054 -A). NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,018, passed on November 21, 1995, be revoked in its entirety. SECTION 2. SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the changes provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof. SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval. SECTION 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 6. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. This rezoning was discussed at the February Southwest Little Rock united for Progress meeting. While few details of the project were known, it was noted that Bill Fitts has been an area businessman for a number of year and has made a positive impact.
