AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER STREET PLAN
CONSTRUCTION FOR SIDEWALKS FOR RESERVOIR HEIGHTS
2002 PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT
RESERVOIR ROAD NEAR RESERVOIR HEIGHTS DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for waiver of certain requirements within the Street and Sidewalk Ordinance for the City
of little Rock as follows:
Subsection a. That sections 30 -281 (5) requiring developers to construct
the sidewalk component of boundary street improvements for Reservoir Road at
Reservoir Heights be waived.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
