AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION FOR FULLER
AND SON INC., LOCATED AT 8924 GARDNER ROAD,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Fuller and Son, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -209, which requires a sidewalk to be constructed along
street abutting commercial development, be deferred for the Gardner Road frontage of
the site until a sidewalk construction project is undertaken that abuts the frontage, or
connects this frontage to the sidewalk on Baseline Road, or for five (5) years,
whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
