AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED GREEN SHORT -FORM
REVISED PCD (Z- 3875 -B) , LOCATED AT 12825
I -30, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
18,495 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,495 passed on June
5, 2001 be amended to provide for modification of the
Planned Zoning Development described as Green Short -Form
(Z- 3875 -B); and
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from PCD to Revised
PCD:
Lots 1 - 6, .Dean Equipment Subdivision in the
City of Little Roc, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and
Part of the SW 'a, Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing a the SW corner of said Section 8,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence N89 °21'54" East, 665.9
feet; thence N00 °03127" West, 854.86 feet to
the point of beginning; thence N00 °03'2727"
East 382.55 feet; thence S00 °30' East, 24.15
feet to the centerline of Crooked Creek; thence
along said center line S50 °32'55" West 44.34
feet; thence continuing said centerline the
following bearings and distances: S42 °041132"
West, 72.32 feet; thence S52 °26119" West,
139.73 feet; thence S49 °12'56" West, 65.11
feet; thence S51 °47156" West, 73.82 feet;
thence departing said centerline S72 °49'19"
West, 373.65 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Green Short -Form Revised PCD - is
conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 34-454 -
(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred

SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall not take
effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
plan.
SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title,
section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word
of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall
not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which
shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,
resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency.
