AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR
A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A PIPE -STEM LOT WITH AN
INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE DEPTH OF
A PIPE -STEM LOT FOR HICKORY POINTE ADDITION
- PRELIMINARY PLAT (5 -1332) LOCATED EAST OF
THE INTERSECTION OF RAHLING ROAD AND
CHARLESTON LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance
