ORDINANCE NO. 18,628
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -7096 - Three (3) tracts of property located
east of Chenal Parkway and south of Cantrell
Road, more particularly described as follows:
TRACT 1
Part of the NW '. SE . and part of the NE < SW
of Section 15, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of Lot 1, Chenal
Valley, Phase 2 Commercial (Plat Book F, Page
412), said corner lying on the East right -of-
way line of Chenal Parkway; thence S05 °25'53"
East along said East right -of -way line, 271.95 r
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
S88 034102" East, 1,462.36 feet to a point on
the East line of said NW 'tee SE 14; thence
SO1 °52119" West along said East line, 330.01
feet; thence N88 °34'02" West, 1,418.92 feet to
a point on the said East right -of -way line of
Chenal Parkway; thence Northwesterly along said
East right -of -way line, being the arc of a
1,095.92 foot radius curve to the right, a
chord bearing and distance of N06 °45'30" West,

bearing and distance of S06 °45'30" East, 50.75
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence

Beginning, containing 14.26 acres more or less:
From "R -2" Single Family District to "OS" Open
Space District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Sections 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force 30 days after the date of its passage and
approval.
SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title,
section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word
of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall
not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which
shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared to adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
originally a part of the ordinance.
