AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS
LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A
PIPE -STEM LOT WITH AN INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM
ALLOWABLE DEPTH OF A PIPE -STEM LOT FOR KIDCO -
PRELIMINARY PLAT (5 -1330) LOCATED 750 FEET NORTH
OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF CHENAL PARKWAY AND
KIRK ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design
standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to
provide for variance of certain requirements within the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Kidco -
Preliminary Plat (5 -1330) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the
Provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 284(b) and Section 31 -2
(Lot pipe -stem) to permit Lot 2, Kidco Preliminary Plat to be a
pipe -stem lot with an increased maximum depth for a pipe -stem
lot.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
