AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF MASTER
STREET PLAN SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION
FOR DELTA BANK & TRUST (Z -6787)
LOCATED AT 11700 CANTRELL ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street
Plan for the City of Little Rock, for Delta Bank & Trust, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 175(8) requiring developer to provide
sidewalks in conjunction with commercial construction be waived for a
portion of the frontage. Specific waiver is for 100 linear feet of curved
walk in front of the existing entry wall sign for the Walton Heights
Subdivision.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
