AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING
DRIVEWAY SPACING VARIANCE FOR
TERRY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LOCATED
AT 10800 MARA LYNN ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for a variance of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master
Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Terry Elementary School, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -210 be amended. Specific variance will
allow three driveways on Mara Lynn Road, with 150 foot spacing.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
