AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR STALEY
ELECTRIC INC. LOCATED AT FOURCHE ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for deferral
of certain requirements within the Streets and Sidewalks Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City
of Little Rock for 3400 J.E. Davis as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30- 43(d), requiring developers to provide one-
half of the required commercial street improvements for Fourche Road, be
deferred for a period of five years or until abutting street improvements are
constructed, whichever occurs first. Specific deferral is for pavement
widening to 18 feet from centerline, with sidewalk.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
