AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE OF DESIGN
STANDARDS AND SIDEWALK
CONSTRUCTION OUTSIDE R -O -W FOR
THE WOODLANDS SUBDIVISION
LOCATED WEST OF BOWMAN ROAD AND
BRODIE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for variance of certain requirements within the Subdivisions Ordinance and Master Street
Plan for the City of Little Rock for The Woodlands as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 201(h), requiring developers to
dedicate 60 feet of R -O -W and construct minimum 31' feet
wide street and sidewalk on Woodlands Trail in Woodlands
Subdivision be amended to allowed 45 feet of R -O -W and 28
feet of pavement with sidewalk outside the R -O -W in a
dedicated easement not less than 10 feet in width.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
