AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15,819 AND
REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT TITLED GAVIN -
SHORT -FORM PCD (Z- 4776 -A) LOCATED AT 8424 KANIS
ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,819 was passed on February 20, 1990
establishing a planned zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the repeal
of the "PZD" ordinance and restoring the zoning classification as
previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,819 is hereby repealed, removing
from the official zoning map the classification PCD - Planned Commercial
District titled Gavin - Short -Form PCD located at 8424 Kanis Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
A parcel of land at 8424 Kanis Road, Little Rock, Arkansas
being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 3, Michael's Subdivision to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Be restored to 0-3 General Office District as existed prior to the
adoption of Ordinance No. 15,819.
SECTION 3. It is hereby determined by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock that there is immediate need to revoke the Gavin -
Short -Form PCD.
An emergency is therefore declared to exist and this ordinance shall
be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and approval.
