ORDINANCE NO. 18,532
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -7044 - Described as part of the SE 'a of the NW =4 Section
6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a railroad spike found for the SW corner of
said SE 'tea of the NW 4 Section 6, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence
NO3 °08123" East, 837.06 feet along the West line of said SE
4 of the NW 4 to a #4 rebar set in the centerline of Kanis
Road; thence along said centerline S76 028144" East, 167.08
feet, thence leaving said centerline N24 015159" East, 38.49
feet to a found #4 rebar on the northerly right -of -way of
Kanis Road for the point of beginning; thence continuing
N24 °15159" East, 328.00 feet to a #4 rebar found; thence
S66 °29150" East, 139.80 feet to a #4 rebar found; thence
S24 041'00" West, 314.68 feet to a #4 rebar found on the
northerly right -of -way of Kanis Road; thence N69 °35'40"
West 89.37 feet along a chord of the northerly right -of -way
curve of said Kanis Road to a #4 rebar set; thence
continuing along said northerly right -of -way line
N76 028'55" West, 49.19 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 1.02 acres more or less: From "R -2" Single
Family to "0-2" Office and Institutional District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force 30 days after the date of its passage and approval.

SECTION 4. Severability. In the event any title, section,
paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this
ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not
affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall
remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared to
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part
of the ordinance.
SECTION 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions,
or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.
