A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH KRAUS
CONSTRUCTION AND APPROPRIATE FUNDS
FOR 6T" STREET RAILROAD UNDERPASS
DRAINAGE IMPROVMENTS, A 1998 REVENUE
BOND PROJECT
WHEREAS, this program was selected as a 1998 Revenue Bond Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a construction
contract with Kraus Construction in the amount of $1,709,112 ($1,553,739 plus
10% contingency) for 6`h Street Railroad Underpass Drainage Improvements.
SECTION 2. Appropriate $200,000 from 1998 Revenue Bond interest monies in
account 210 - 110 -13129, balance of funds available from account 304 - 220 -A128.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
