AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
BOUNDARY STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR BOWMAN
ROAD PLAZA POD LOCATED NORTH SIDE OF COLONEL
GLENN ROAD AND WEST OF BOWMAN ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide
for deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street
Plan for the City of Little Rock for Bowman Plaza as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -201, requiring developers to provide one -half of
the required principal arterial street improvements to Colonel Glenn Road be
deferred for a period of five (5) years or until abutting street improvements are
constructed, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
