AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND MASTER STREET PLAN
ORDINANCES #15519 FOR KANIS ROAD REQUIRED
PAVEMENT WIDTH REDUCTION FROM STUART ROAD
TO EXTRATERITORIAL PLANNING BOUNDRY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Master Street Plan of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
revision of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Kanis
Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Master Street Plan Section 4 be amended. Specific amendment
reduces required street pavement width from 59 feet to 22 feet with 4 feet gravel
shoulders.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
