Part of the SW '<, Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 8, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence N89 °21154" East, 665.9 feet; thence N00 °03127" West, 854.86 feet to the point of beginning; thence N00 °03127" East 382.55 feet; thence N89 020138" East, 658.28 feet; thence S00 °30'East, 24.15 feet to the centerline of Crooked Creek; thence along said centerline S50 032155" West 44.34 feet; thence continuing said centerline the following bearings and distances: S42 004132" West, 72.32 feet; thence S52 °26119" West, 139.73 feet; thence S49 °12'56" West, 65.11 feet; thence S51 047156" West, 73.82 feet; thence departing said centerline S72 °49'19" West, 373.65 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Green (Short -Form PCD) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(e) of the Code of Ordinances. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. The above support is based the assumption that floodway issues raised by Public Works have been resolved. Interstate 30 corridor is an appropriate area for business growth in an area in dire need of economic development. This statement of support is my opinion. The membership of Southwest Little Rock United for Progress did not have the opportunity to vote on the matter.
