AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL
OF MASTER STREET PLAN STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR IMMANUEL WEST CHURCH,
LOCATED AT 18,020 CANTRELL ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the
City of Little Rock for Immanual West Church, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring street improvements in accordance
with Master Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for Patrick County Lane
and sidewalk on Cantrell Road for 5 years or adjacent development or phase II
construction whichever shall occur first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
