AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO
PROVIDE CITY MATCH OF $105,000 FOR
DOWNTOWN SIGNAL SYSTEM UPGRADE.
WHEREAS, additional federal funds requiring City match are available for Downtown
Signal System Upgrade; and
WHEREAS, funds are available from 1998 Revenue Bond Interest.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The balance of $105,000 is appropriated from 1998 Revenue Bond Interest for
the City of Little Rock's 20% match for additional federal funds.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
