AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINE NO.
15,920 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED INVESTMENT MOTORCAR
CORPORATION - SHORT -FORM PCD (Z -5340)
LOCATED AT 2905 CANTRELL ROAD; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,920 was passed on August 21,
1990 establishing a planned zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the repeal of the "PZD" ordinance and restoring
the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,920 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification PCD - Planned Commercial District titled
Investment Motorcar Corporation Short -Form PCD located at
2905 Cantrell Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
A parcel of land at 2905 Cantrell Road, Little
Rock, Arkansas being more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 2, Cook Alworth replat of Cook Alworth
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Be restored to C -3 General Commercial District
as existed prior to the adoption of Ordinance No.
15,920.
SECTION 3. It is hereby determined by the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock that there is immediate
need to revoke the Investment Motorcar Corporation - Short -
Form PCD.
An emergency is therefore declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and
after its passage and approval.
