ORDINANCE NO. 18,415
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED COMMUNITY BAKERY -
REVISED PCD (Z- 4563 -B) LOCATED AT 1200 -1210
MAIN STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCES NO. 15,016,
16,023, 16,986 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinances No. 15,016 passed on December
17, 1985, 16,023 passed on March 19, 1991 and 16,986 passed on
October 17, 1995, be amended to provide for modification of the
Planned Zoning Development described as Community Bakery -
Revised PCD (Z- 4563 -B);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD:
The East 50.0 feet of Lots 1 and 2; the East 50.0
feet of the North 45.0 feet of Lot 3; and all of Lots
10, 11 and 12, in Block 67, Original City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Community Bakery - Revised PCD is conditioned
upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
