AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED FOREST GARDENS
- LONG -FORM PRD (Z -6948) LOCATED ALONG THE
WEST SIDE OF STAGECOACH ROAD, APPROXIMATELY
500 FEET SOUTH OF BASELNE ROAD, IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER
36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PRD:
Part of the North 't of the NE 144 of fractional
Section 5, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
described as follows: Commencing at a point in the
center of Stagecoach Road which is S21 °451W 300.96
feet from the point of intersection of the North
line of the NE 14 of Section 5 with the centerline of
said road; thence N89 °30'W 681.20 feet to the point
of beginning; run thence N890301W 625.40 feet to a
#5 bar; run thence SO1020'E 348.06 feet to a #5 bar;
run thence S890251E 625.40 feet; run thence
NO1 019142 11W 348.97 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 5.001 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Forest Gardens (Long -Form PRD) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified
by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent

and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
