HomeMy WebLinkAbout184070 ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 17,387 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT TITLED WOODLAKE VILLAGE APARTMENTS - LONG -FORM PRD (Z- 2729 -G) LOCATED AT 1300 LEANDER STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17,387 was passed on February 4, 1997 establishing a planned zoning district; and WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the repeal of the "PZD" ordinance and restoring the zoning classification as previously existed. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,387 is hereby repealed, removing from the official zoning map the classification PRD - Planned Residential District titled Woodlake Village Apartments - Long -Form PRD located at 1300 Leander Street. SECTION 2. SECTION 3. It is hereby determined by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock that there is immediate need to revoke the Woodlake Village Apartments - Long -Form PRD.
