AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
17,387 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED WOODLAKE VILLAGE
APARTMENTS - LONG -FORM PRD (Z- 2729 -G)
LOCATED AT 1300 LEANDER STREET; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 17,387 was passed on February 4,
1997 establishing a planned zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the repeal of the "PZD" ordinance and restoring the zoning
classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17,387 is hereby repealed,
removing from the official zoning map the classification PRD -
Planned Residential District titled Woodlake Village Apartments
- Long -Form PRD located at 1300 Leander Street.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
All of Tracts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and part of Tract
4, Hocott Home Site Subdivision, lying in part of
the NW k NW ;t; and, part of the SW 14 NW ., Section
12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of the NW '< NW '< of said
Section 12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence S03 034119 11W along
the East line of the said SW % NW 14 115.331; thence
N88 035103" West 548.56 feet to a point lying on the
East right -of -way line of Caulden Drive; thence
NO1 000153" East along said East right -of -way line
164.59 feet to the SW corner of said Tract 6, Hocott
Home Sites; thence continuing along said East right -
of -way line NO1 000153" East 558.96 feet; thence
along a curve to the right having a central angle of

Be restored to MF -18 Multifamily District as existed
prior to the adoption of Ordinance No. 17,387.
SECTION 3. It is hereby determined by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock that there is immediate need to revoke
the Woodlake Village Apartments - Long -Form PRD. An emergency is
therefore declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full
force and take effect from and after its passage and approval.
