AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DISTRICT - OFFICE TITLED MY LITTLE SCHOOL -
SHORT -FORM PD-0 (Z -6926) LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CANTRELL AND NORTON
ROADS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PD -O.
A parcel of land described as follows: All that
part of the NW 14 SW ',; Section 14, T -2 -N, R -14 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said NW ''a SW ;i
Section 14; thence NO1 055'55" East along the East
line thereof for 846.35 feet to a 5/8 inch pipe and
the point of beginning; thence N87 °13'50" West for
204.76 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar on the East right -
of -way line of Norton Road; thence NO2 °04135" East
along said Road right -of -way for 190.34 feet to a
5/8 inch pipe on the South right -of -way line of
Arkansas State Highway Number 10; thence S77 027146"
East along said State Highway Number 10 for 180.12
feet to a 5/8 inch pipe; thence continuing along
said State Highway Number 10 S86 040146" East for
27.22 feet to a 5/8 inch pipe on the East line of
said NW 14 SW '4; thence SO1 °55'55" West leaving said
road and along the East line of said NW 4 SW 14 for
159.52 feet to the point of beginning, containing
35,384 square feet or 0.812 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for My Little School (Short -Form PD -O) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
