ORDINANCE NO. 18.398
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED HARVEST FOODS - REVISED
PCD (Z- 5139 -B), LOCATED AT 14901 CANTRELL
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,718 AND CHAPTER
36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,718 passed on August 1,
1989, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned
Zoning Development described as Harvest Foods - Revised PCD (Z-
5139-B);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD:
Lot 1, Highway 10 Subdivision to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas being a part of the NE 14, of the NW 'a
of Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of the NE 14 of the NW 'I
of said Section19; thence N89 019104 11W along the
South line of said NE 14, NE ',, a distance of 303.14
feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
along said South line S89 °19'04 "W 398.18 feet;
thence N00 °38115 "W 584.95 feet to a point lying on
the South right -of -way line of Arkansas State
Highway No. 10; thence along said South right -of -way
line the following three (3) courses and distances:
1) S80 006123 11E 91.06 feet; 2) N86 °06150 11E 109.54
feet; 3) N79 008136 11E 208.29 feet; thence S00 010141 11E
142.25 feet; thence N89 °04'22 "E 251.41 feet; thence
S00 038140 11E 89.51 feet; thence S89 013110 11W 252.30
feet; thence S00 005'27 "E 380.07 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 5.994 acres, more or less.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Harvest Foods - Revised PCD is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
