HomeMy WebLinkAbout18386a I -- v o 0 0 ORDINANCE NO. 18.386 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -6940 - Described as part of Claremont Court Horizontal Property Regime, Plat #8 -918, more particularly described as: Commencing at the NE corner of Claremore Court Horizontal Regime; thence S00 056128" West along the East line of same 288.35 feet; thence N89 003132" West 83.58 feet; thence N67 005129" West 91.74 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S02 054110" West 91.81 feet to a point on the North right -of -way line of Claremore Drive; thence N87 °15139" West along the North right - of -way line of Claremore Drive 280.93 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of Beasley Drive; thence S02 053117" West along the West right -of -way line of Beasley Drive 25.21 feet; thence N87 010132" West 267.31 feet; thence N37 002128" East 120.90 feet; thence N63 °22128" East 125.10 feet; thence S85 016132" East 269.90 feet; thence S67 °43140" East 107.89 feet to the Point Beginning, containing 1.529 acres, more or less: From "ME -6" Multifamily to "R -2" Single Family. (9300 Claremore Drive) SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. In the event any title, section, paragraph, subparagraph, 2 item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be 3 invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the 4 remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the 5 portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of 6 the ordinance. 7 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that 8 are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent 9 of such inconsistency. 10 Section 5. Emergency.
