ORDINANCE NO. 18.381 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -6908 - Described as part of Tract 40, Gloeckler's Acres Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Commencing at the NE corner of the West =t of the East '� of Tract 37, Gloeckler's Acres Subdivision; thence S03 055121" West 348.81 feet; thence N85 °3221" West 157.91 feet; thence NO3 °48135" East 347.41 feet; thence S86 002'50" East 158.59 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.264 acres, more or less; 0 Beginning at the NE corner of the West 3"i of the East 't of Tract 37, Gloeckler's Acres Subdivision; thence S03 055121" West 348.81 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S03 055121" West 119.47 feet; thence S03 006133" West 152.7 feet to a point on the North right -of- way line of Baseline Road (Arkansas Hwy. #338); thence N85 051138" West along the North right -of- way line of said Baseline Road 159.43 feet; thence NO3 048135" East 273.06 feet; thence S85 °32121" East 157.91 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.00 acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General Commercial District.
