AN ORDIANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION AND
STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR GRAY POD, LOCATED AT 2001 ARTHUR
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a 5
year deferral on certain requirements within the Subdivision ordinance and Master Street
Plan for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for Gray POD, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring right -of -way dedication and
construction of abutting streets in accordance with Master Street Plan be
deferred for a five -year period. Specific deferral is for commercial street
improvements for Kavanaugh Boulevard and Arthur Street.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
