AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED GILL - SHORT-
FORM PRD (Z -6883) LOCATED AT 5209/5215 "J"
STREET AND 5212 "I" STREET IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2/R -4 to PRD:
A part of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 49, Pulaski
Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said Block 49; thence
S81 °301W, along the North line of said Block 49,
50.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence
S2 017137" West, 74.5 feet; thence SO1 °10' West, 50.4
feet; thence S06 °36136" East, 50.00 feet to a point
on the North right -of -way line of "I" Street, said
point being the SE corner of Lot 3, Block 49; thence
S67 000105" West, and along said North right -of -way
line, 88.4 feet to a point, said point being the SW
corner of Lot 4, Block 49; thence N00 °25140" East,
along the West line of said Lot 4, 111.67 feet;
thence S71 °34'26" West, 85.0 feet to a point on the
West line of Lot 6, Block 49; thence NO1 018148"
East, along said West line of Lot 6, 101.3 feet to a
point on the North line of Block 49 and the South
right -of -way line of "J" Street; thence N81 030'
East, along said line 154.63 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.50 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Gill (Short -Form PRD) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
