HomeMy WebLinkAbout183761W ORDINANCE NO. 18,376 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DISTRICT - OFFICE TITLED UNLEASHED INNOVATIONS - SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z -6910) LOCATED AT 16921 BURLINGAME ROAD, AT YELLOW BRICK ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from R -2 to PD -O. A part of the SW k of the NE ;I of Section 4, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a found cotton picker spindle at the NW corner of the SW 4 of the NE 'a of said Section 4; thence S58 °35123" East for a distance of 876.74 feet to a point; thence S26 001143" West for a distance of 55.00 feet to a set �" rebar and cap on the Southerly right -of -way line of Burlingame Road for the Point of Beginning; thence S63 °58117" East for a distance of 69.50 feet along said right -of -way line to a set 'ill rebar and cap; thence S63 036125" East for a distance of 112.84 feet along said right -of- way line to a set =Y' rebar and cap; thence S62 048140" East for a distance of 125.05 feet along said right -of -way line to a set 'ill rebar and cap; thence S05 °40146" West for a distance of 515.49 feet leaving said right -of -way line to a set =Y" rebar and cap; thence N90 °00'00" West for a distance of 75.00 feet to a set ;2" rebar and cap; thence N62 014'29" West for a distance of 487.63 feet to a set %s" rebar and cap; thence N33 °43120" East for a distance of 509.34 feet to the Point of Beginning. That the preliminary site development plan /plat 979 be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Unleashed Innovations (Short -Form PD -O) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (d) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
