AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER
STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR RICHDALE
HUGHEY RI--PLAT, LOCATED NORTH OF BASELINE
ROAD AND EAST OF STANTON ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Richdale / Hughey Replat. as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 requiring abutting street to be constructed in
accordance with Master Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for commercial
street improvements including sidewalk for Stanton Road for 5 years until
development of Lot I or adjacent development. whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
