AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6911 - Described as part of the NW '4, of the NW
'mss of Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the said Section
3, thence South along the West line thereof 40.02
feet to the South right -of -way line of Baseline
Road; thence S89 °50130 "E, 821.65 feet to the
point of beginning; thence S89 °50'30 "E,
continuing along said South right -of -way line
893.55 feet; thence S01 °23130 "E, 957.0 feet;
thence S87 051140 "W, 835.40 feet; thence
NO1 008155 11W, 104.00 feet; thence S87 051140 11W,
13.40 feet; thence NO1 008'55 "W, 104.00 feet;
thence NO1 °54142 "W, 768.58 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 19.9 acres more or less:
From 11R -2" Single Family to "I -1" Industrial Park
District. (Located on the south side of the
10,600 Block of Baseline Road)
Less and Except the following described tract: A
parcel of land within the above described area
identified as floodway area within the flood
hazard boundary. Flood hazard boundary
identified, for purpose of the above land
description, on Flood Insurance Rate Map for the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
Community Panel Number 050181 0021 E. Map revised
November 3, 1993: which is hereby zoned "OS"
Open Space District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of 96 3
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
