HomeMy WebLinkAbout18372ORDINANCE NO. 18,372 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -6911 - Described as part of the NW '4, of the NW 'mss of Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of the said Section 3, thence South along the West line thereof 40.02 feet to the South right -of -way line of Baseline Road; thence S89 °50130 "E, 821.65 feet to the point of beginning; thence S89 °50'30 "E, continuing along said South right -of -way line 893.55 feet; thence S01 °23130 "E, 957.0 feet; thence S87 051140 "W, 835.40 feet; thence NO1 008155 11W, 104.00 feet; thence S87 051140 11W, 13.40 feet; thence NO1 008'55 "W, 104.00 feet; thence NO1 °54142 "W, 768.58 feet to the point of beginning, containing 19.9 acres more or less: From 11R -2" Single Family to "I -1" Industrial Park District.
