ORDINANCE NO. 18,357
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6888 - Described as Tract 1 - North ',I! South 't
North NE ;s SW %s, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, LESS and EXCEPT the
right -of -way for John Barrow Road:

Tract 2 - South It South ',2 North %s NE 14 SW 4,
Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, LESS and EXCEPT the right -of -way for
John Barrow Road: From "R -2" Single Family to
110-3" General Office District. (2109 John Barrow
Road)
LESS and EXCEPT the following described portion
of the above described property which is hereby
rezoned from "R -2" Single Family to "OS" Open
Space District:
A 50 foot wide strip located parallel to and
along the eastern perimeter of the above
described property and a 50 foot wide strip
located parallel to and along the northern
perimeter of the above described property for a
distance of 1,030 feet West of the Northeast
corner of the above described property.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
