BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z -6895 - Described as part of the NW 14 NE Section 36, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 330.0 feet West and 25.0 feet South of the NE corner of the NW 14 NE 4, Section 36; thence South 217.86 feet; thence South 89° West 281.28 feet; thence North 218.67 feet; thence North 89° East 284,44 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.41 acres more or less: From "R -2" Single Family to "R -7A" Manufactured Home District.
