AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 6011 -A - Described as part of the SE ;i SW 14,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SE 14 SW ;-4,
Section 3; thence S89 020' East 630.0 feet along
the centerline of Mabelvale West Road; thence
N00 040' East 45'0 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue N00 °40' East 175.0 feet; thence
N89 °20' West 43.6 feet; thence N04 003' West
400.32 feet; thence S88 °36' East 115.1 feet;
thence S86 054' East 117.0 feet; thence S88056'
East 202.0 feet; thence S34 °00' East 297.1 feet;
thence S55 045' West 510.0 feet to a point on a
189.3 feet radius curve to the right having a
bearing and distance of S75 011' West 112.8 feet;
thence on the arc of said curve 114.55 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 5.23 acres

LESS and EXCEPT the following described portion
of the above described property which is hereby
rezoned from 110-3" General Office to "OS" Open
Space District:

along the northern perimeter of the above
described property and a 20 foot wide strip
located parallel to and along the western
perimeter of the above described property for a

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
