AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TO A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED THE VILLAGE AT RAHLING
ROAD (LOTS 9A AND 9B) - REVISED PCD
(Z- 6323 -B), LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF CHENAL PARKWAY AND RAHLING ROAD (RAHLING
CIRCLE) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCES NO. 17,542
AND 18,235 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinances No. 17,542 passed on August 5,
1997 and No. 18,235 passed on March 21, 2000, be amended to
provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development
described as The Village at Rahling Road (Lots 9A and 9B) -
Revised PCD (Z- 6323 -B);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PCD to Revised PCD:
Lot 9, The Village at Rahling Road, Little Rock,
Arkansas Plat Book F, Page 753

Part of Section 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described
as:
Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 9, The Village at
Rahling Road, Little Rock, Arkansas; thence
SO4 005154 11W along the West line said Lot 9, 199.52
feet to the SW corner thereof; thence S66 034121 "W,
54.62 feet; thence N04 °54103 "E, 229.99 feet to a
point on the South right -of -way line of Rahling
Circle; thence Easterly along said South right -of-
way line, being the arc of a 199.00 foot radius
curve to the left, a chord bearing and distance of

S79 °20103 11E, 45.52 feet to the point of beginning, 7T4
containing 10,000 square feet more or less.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change zoning classification
contemplated for The Village at Rahling Road (Lots 9A and 9B)
- Revised PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section
36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 6. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
