ORDINANCE NO. 18,338
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATION TOE A
PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT TITLED FENCE WORLD - REVISED
PD -C (Z- 6643 -A), LOCATED AT 5810 STAGECOACH
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCES NO. 18,017 AND CHAPTER
36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,011 passed on May 18,
1999, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned
Zoning Development described as Fence World - Revised PD -C
(Z- 6643 -A);
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from PD -C to Revised PD -C:
Lots 1 and 2, McDonald Subdivision to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That the revised site development plan be
approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 4. That the change zoning classification
contemplated for Fence World - Revised PD -C is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 5. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 6. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
