AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN STREET IMPROVEMENTS
REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP
CHURCH (Z- 5736 -A), LOCATED AT 14100 LAWSON
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Community Fellowship Church, as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -201 requiring boundary street improvements to Master
Street Plan be deferred The specific deferral is for curb, gutter, sidewalk, and one -half
of minor arterial street improvements along the southside of Lawson Road for a
distance of 160 feet adjacent to the Community Fellowship Church site for a peroid of 5
years or abutting street improvements are constructed,whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
