AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY
DEDICATION FOR DILLARDS COMPUTER CENTER,
LOCATED AT 1310 CANTRELL ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for Dillard's Computer Center, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -276 requiring right -of -way dedication in accordance
with Master Street Plan be waived. Specific waiver is for a reduction of Cantrell Road
right -of -way dedication to 45 feet from centerline.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
