AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
MASTER STREET PLAN IMPROVEMENTS
FOR 17201 LAWSON ROAD (Z- 6719).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little
Rock for 17201 Lawson Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -276 requiring abutting roads to
be constructed in accordance with Master Street Plan be deferred.
Specific deferral is for Lawson Road widening to 40.5 feet from
centerline including sidewalk and Sullivan Road to be widened
to 29.5 feet from centerline, including sidewalk for 5 -years or
adjacent development, whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
